PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT

Boulder Journey School holds a national reputation for leadership and innovation in Early Childhood Education. We see ourselves as a community of learners within a community of practice, weaving theory and practice together. The professional development opportunities implicit and inherent in our research and study include meetings with colleagues and families, visits to other contexts for inspiration and ideas, and attendance at initiatives to establish and maintain dialogues. We present at conferences to share our work as well as collaborate with consultants to further our vision and goals. We organize conferences to share the learning that we have made visible and publish articles to communicate the work in the school as an inspiration to others.
