PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT

Boulder Journey School is nationally renowned for its leadership and innovation in Early Childhood Education. We see ourselves as a community of learners within a community of practice, weaving theory and practice together.

The implicit and inherent professional development opportunities in our research and study include meetings with colleagues and families, visits to other educational contexts for inspiration and ideas and attendance at initiatives to establish and maintain dialogues. We organize and present at conferences to share our work and collaborate with consultants to further our vision and goals. We also publish articles and open our school to visitors to communicate what we have learned and to serve as an inspiration to others.
