Each year, the faculty at Boulder Journey School formulates goals based on our current thinking. These goals are used to organize and guide the professional development of our community of learners. This year, several of our goals surround our interpretation of the theory of the hundred languages, a theory that we borrowed from the educators in Reggio Emilia, leading to our consideration of questions such as…

Boulder Journey School will host a workshop focusing on
The Fundamental Principles of the Reggio Emilia Approach to Early Childhood Education
March 3, 2007 - 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. - Cost: $30 per person
The workshop will include:
- A presentation focusing on how our practice has evolved inspired by the work of the schools in Reggio Emilia, Italy
- A tour of the school
- Small discussion groups for questions and reflections
